Job Summary Agronomist Assistant — We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agronomist Assistant to support our agricultural research projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key Responsibilities Conduct field experiments and collect data on crop performance Conduct soil analysis and make recommendations for fertilizer application Monitor weather conditions and provide recommendations for irrigation and pest control Assist with crop planning and budgeting Collaborate with the Agronomist to develop sustainable farming practices Support the development of training materials and conduct workshops for farmers Maintain accurate records of research findings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, soil science, and pest management Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills Must have own visa in UAEWhat We Offer Competitive salary package and opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts.
