Job Description: The role of a Nurse Manager involves overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care. This includes leading and mentoring staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff, conduct performance appraisals, and provide professional development opportunities to promote growth and excellence in nursing practice.Develop and implement patient care plans that align with evidence-based standards and protocols, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.Collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care that meets the unique needs of each patient.Assist in resource allocation and planning to ensure the effective use of resources and maximize patient outcomes.Qualifications and Requirements: Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, and a Master's in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is mandatory.Experience: A minimum of years of clinical nursing experience, with at least years in a supervisory role, is necessary to excel in this position.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
