Role : BD / Sales Manager in Web3 to help expand our client base. You'll own the top of the sales funnel, identify new opportunities, and close partnerships with Web3 companies that are scaling and hiring. In this role, you will: Identify and engage potential Web3 clients (protocols, DAOs, infrastructure, NFT, gaming, De PIN, etc.) Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring leads and warm founder intros Pitch Hyphen Connect's recruitment services and value proposition Qualify hiring needs, team structure, and urgency with potential clients Collaborate with the founder and delivery team on candidate briefs and role execution Attend relevant virtual / IRL events (ETHGlobal, hackathons, Twitter spaces, etc.) to source leads You might thrive in this role if you have: 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or founder relations Strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem — ideally with founder, VC, or protocol connections Able to pitch in a founder-first tone (consultative
