Overview Job Title: PM / Scrum Master Job Type: Full-time (12+ months contract, extendable to long term) Location: On-site, Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking an accomplished PM / Scrum Master to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead high-impact technology projects within the dynamic banking domain, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies, digital finance solutions, and stakeholder engagement. Written communication is highly valued as we foster an asynchronous culture that emphasizes clear, documentation-driven collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team alignment and removing project impediments. Drive end-to-end project management of large-scale finance technology initiatives, managing budgets exceeding $5 million. Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical groups. Oversee digital transformation efforts in banking, focusing on financial consolidation, balance sheet preparation, and regulatory reporting. Deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget, adhering to organizational standards and best practices. Encourage a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management within the project teams. Support possible travel or relocation to Pakistan as business needs evolve. Required Skills and Qualifications 8 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in banking technology domains. Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) and 4–5 years of proven Agile project delivery experience. Strong written communication skills, thriving in asynchronous and documentation-heavy environments. Expertise in digital finance applications, including performance management, financial consolidation, and regulatory reporting across multiple countries. Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects and substantial budgets with financial prudence. Strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of overcoming project challenges. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging executive leadership and diverse technical teams. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification with at least 5+ years of practical project management experience. Experience managing technology projects in global banking or financial services organizations.
