Overview Petroleum Engineer - Drilling and Production Specialist (Egyptian). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a key member of our drilling and production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe extraction of oil and gas resources from our fields. Responsibilities Plan and oversee drilling operations, including well design, equipment selection, and drilling fluid management Monitor well performance and make recommendations for optimization Conduct reservoir analysis to determine production potential and develop strategies to maximize recovery Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project progress Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in drilling and production operations Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and procedures Familiarity with reservoir engineering concepts such as pressure behavior analysis, decline curve analysis, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required.
