The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions and vision problems. This role includes conducting eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders Perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures related to ophthalmology Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to assess and manage patient conditions Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with medical and regulatory standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care Requirements Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology Valid medical license or eligibility for licensing in Qatar Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology Strong diagnostic and surgical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Arabic speaker is preferred Previous experience working in the GCC is required Other nationalities will be considered an advantage Benefits And Perks Medical insurance Paid Time Off Profit Share Total package, including basic salary, housing, and transportation, ranges from QAR 30,000 to QAR 55,000, depending on experience Senior Level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Location: Doha, Qatar Salary: QAR 55,000 - 95,000
