Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant We are looking for a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultantwho will provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions. You will have hands‑on experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS , providing technical and functional solutions aligned with Oracle standards, maintaining and supporting customers’ EBS applications, and integrating with Fusion Saa S where applicable. The role also involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components includingfront‑end development, database integration, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle HRMS applications.What You Will Do: As a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS Techno‑Functional Consultantin Oracle CSS, you will: Assess and analyze customers’ HR and payroll business needs to ensure Oracle EBS HRMS solutions meet their objectives.Assist customers in their overall EBS HRMS optimization and cloud journey , including integration with Fusion HCM if required.Ensure Oracle technologies andbest practicesare leveraged for HRMS solutions.Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority , guiding customers to make informed decisions regarding scope, quality, cost‑effectiveness, and reusability.Providetechnical and functional guidanceon Oracle EBS HRMS and related Oracle solutions to customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.Support solutions acrosson‑premise, cloud, or hybrid setups , particularly for HR and payroll processes.Ensure smoothhandover from implementation to operations , making sure the HRMS solution meets all customer requirements.Maintain Oracle EBS HRMS solutions to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs, across platforms running applications, middleware, database, and infrastructure workloads.Work closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure allwork streams are technically well‑managed.Act as aprimary contact for presales opportunities , identifying and promoting Oracle products and services to support business growth.Lead and contribute tostrategic HRMS programs and initiatives , helping customers maximize the value of Oracle solutions.Summary: Help customersmaximize the value of Oracle EBS HRMS , delivering robust, efficient, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
