Oversee the selection, planting, and maintenance of crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield. Conduct regular field assessments to monitor crop health, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures. Implement and manage sustainable agricultural practices to minimise environmental impact and maximise resource efficiency. Analyse data and prepare reports on crop performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of agricultural projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of new agricultural initiatives.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in agricultural engineering, with a focus on crop production and irrigation systems. Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and environmental management.
