Job Description As the Cluster Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR functions across Centro Capital Doha, Sedra Arjaan by Rotana, and Sedra Residences by Rotana, aligning strategies with each property's business objectives. Responsibilities include: Guiding all HR facets including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management, and succession planning. Recruiting high-caliber employees within budgeted staffing plans to meet business targets. Ensuring legal compliance and providing guidance on employee concerns. Coaching on HR issues like performance management and employee relations. Maintaining high colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active support. Establishing annual HR objectives, budgets, and programs aligned with strategic plans. Fostering a cooperative work environment to maximize productivity and morale. Skills, Education & Experience Applicants should have a university degree in a related discipline or a professional HR designation with at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computerized payroll systems, fluency in English, and previous Gulf experience are preferred, along with a proven track record of career stability. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and a team leader, possessing competencies in understanding business, influencing outcomes, planning, team building, valuing diversity, leading people, adaptability, results orientation, customer focus, and operational management.
