Overview of the role: The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities and expand sales of automobile spare parts through direct interaction with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers. What you will do: Handle complete parts sales process for Business to Business (B2 B) customers from enquiry to sales order to achieve monthly sales targets. Follow-up on payments from credit customers as per granted credit terms and conditions. Communicate and expedite urgent parts orders upon receipt. Upsell additional products such as batteries, accessories, and other items to increase revenue. Ensure timely closure of sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and cash/cheque collections, and maintain proper documentation. Assist warehouse team with monthly perpetual inventory to ensure stock accuracy during annual stock reports. Expand dealer network to increase parts sales and stay informed about competitor pricing and new product launches. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts specifications and compatibility. Advise customers on proper parts selection based on technical information.
