Employment Type : Full-Time Role Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tire Salesmanto join our team! If you have a passion for vehicles, a knack for sales, and excellent customer service skills, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll assist customers in finding the perfect tires for their vehicles, provide expert advice, and help drive our sales to new heights. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance: Achieve individual and team sales targets while maximizing customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve. Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on tire technologies, brands, and vehicle specifications to provide accurate recommendations. Promotions: Assist with marketing campaigns and special sales events to drive customer engagement. Upselling: Promote additional services such as wheel balancing, alignment, and extended warranties. Collaborate: Work with internal teams to provide seamless order fulfillment, after-sales support. Qualifications Graduate with bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Should have good command on English, Hindi & Malayalam. Previous experience in automotive and tire sales is preferred. Basic knowledge of automotive systems, especially tires, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have valid Qatar driving license.
