Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar for an Arabic Shawarma / Grill Cook. The Shawarma / Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking shawarma and other grilled dishes according to authentic recipes. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, ensuring food safety, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The cook will also need to collaborate with kitchen staff and follow all sanitation regulations. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills Candidate MUST BE based in Doha and hold a transferable work VISA Proficient in Butchery skills Experience in similar (preferably Turkish cuisine) Food Service and/or Food & Beverage operation is a must. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud-kitchen environment Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
