Operations supervisor, wellhead

Primary Purpose of the Job Co-ordinates, directs, controls, and supervises all scheduled and unscheduled multi-discipline operations activities on assigned facilities to ensure safe and efficient production of oil/gas to meet production targets and fulfill the objectives of the approved annual budget. Responsible for all actions by implementation of product quality, controlling the safe and healthy work conditions for all assigned activities, identifying plant safety, reliability, and operability improvements required and ensuring procedures and quality specifications are adhered to. Required Experience and Skills10 years' experience in production and process operations in an offshore field environment, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position. Analytical and diagnostic skills are essential. Educational Qualifications A minimum of NNC/HND/bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation from a recognized institute or equivalent may be considered with a minimum of 10 years of experience supplemented by various courses related to the process/production.#J-18808-Ljbffr
