Manage complete project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, execution, and follow-up. Oversee PMO functions such as timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting to ensure timely and successful delivery. Support implementation of commercial initiatives including product development, sales enablement programs, and campaign execution. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project alignment, issue resolution, and relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional Visa teams and practice areas (Product, Marketing, Risk, etc.) to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
