This role requires a unique blend of account management, strategic planning, project management, traffic management, and creative flair. The ideal candidate is a high-caliber professional with a passion for crafting exceptional presentations and pitch decks, experience in design tools, and a drive to enhance their skills using cutting-edge AI. You will manage client accounts, ensure seamless project execution, and inspire teams to build innovative, impactful solutions, all while maintaining a growth mindset and eagerness to learn. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships. Understand client needs, translate them into actionable strategies, and ensure alignment with agency capabilities. Price projects effectively, balancing client budgets with agency profitability, and negotiate contracts confidently. Strategic Planning: Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft innovative campaign plans that blend creativity and strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating insights to deliver forward-thinking solutions. High-Quality Presentations & Pitches: Create compelling, visually stunning, and strategically sound pitch decks and presentations that meet the highest industry standards. Craft narratives that captivate diverse audiences (e.g., C-suite executives, marketing teams) and showcase creative vision. Leverage design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) to produce polished, professional materials under tight deadlines. Project Management & Traffic Management: Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget using robust project management methodologies. Utilize tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com to plan, track, and manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies. Implement traffic management processes to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, digital, strategy) to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Bring a creative mindset to campaign development, contributing ideas that enhance visual and strategic impact. Apply experience with design tools to support creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and agency standards. Proactively explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., AI-driven design, analytics, or content platforms) to enhance skills and elevate campaign outcomes. Collaborate with creative teams to build innovative, boundary-pushing solutions that delight clients. Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth in strategy, creative, or account management skills. Drive cross-departmental collaboration to align creative, strategic, and operational teams for cohesive, high-quality deliverables. Contribute to process improvements that enhance agency efficiency and interdepartmental workflows. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen partnerships. Stay informed about emerging AI trends and marketing technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Contribute to agency-wide initiatives to elevate creative and strategic capabilities. Qualifications Experience: 5–8 years of experience in account management, client services, or strategic planning roles within a marketing agency, advertising firm, or similar environment. Proven track record of creating high-quality presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex client projects, with expertise in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools. Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and a portfolio showcasing creative contributions. Familiarity with pricing marketing services and negotiating contracts. Exposure to AI tools or platforms for marketing, design, or analytics is a plus. Skills: Exceptional presentation design and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Power Point, Keynote, or Canva (top-tier quality expected). Advanced project management skills, including expertise in Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com. Strong traffic management and multi-project oversight capabilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Creative proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) to support visual storytelling. Enthusiasm for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance creative and strategic work. Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence clients and lead cross-functional teams. Comfortable working at speed without compromising quality.
