Accountant

A mid-sized construction company is seeking a skilled Accountant with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial reporting, cost accounting, and familiarity with the construction industry. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction or project-based industries) Proficient in accounting software (e.g., odoo, or similar) Strong understanding of financial statements and cost control Excellent analytical and organizational skills Responsibilities : Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, bank transactions, and general ledger updates Manage Accounts Payable (A / P) and Accounts Receivable (A / R) processes, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and customer collections Prepare and maintain daily financial reports and cash flow tracking Reconcile bank statements and vendor / customer accounts regularly Ensure accurate documentation and filing of accounting records Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements Support month-end and year-end closing activities Collaborate with the project and procurement teams to ensure proper cost tracking and budget alignment Information Desired Skills & Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction or project-based industries) Proficient in accounting software (e.g., odoo, or similar) Strong understanding of financial statements and cost control Excellent analytical and organizational skills Language : Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
