Chief Civil Engineer-DOH01 K9Primary Location QAT-DW-Doha Responsibilities Supervise the mechanical team, ensuring technical competence and adherence to standards.Forecast and allocate Mechanical engineering resources.Maintain mechanical design integrity and compliance with quality and safety standards.Identify necessary software and stay updated on latest mechanical technology.Develop communication within and across disciplines.Prepare estimates, check compliance, and promote cost reduction initiatives.Manage design changes within budget and schedule.Evaluate new technology and promote career development.Supervise mechanical engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts.Prepare progress reports, benchmark designs, and mentor engineers.Contribute to technical studies, value engineering, and cost estimates.Ensure quality assurance and safety procedures are followed.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MME accreditation mandatory.Chartered status or equivalent is advantageous.Extensive experience in mechanical design, equipment specification, and project management within Oil & Gas industry.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.Additional Information We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
