Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6-12 months and aims to develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.Aspart of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in: Creation of work instructions Creation & issuing of repair work orders in Oracle system for inspection and repair Preparation of inspection and completion reports for each job order Standardization of inspection & repair routings Work closely with the operation team to improve the repair process Regularly update shop routings and relevant forms Regular uploading of reports in Oracle system and updating job status Drive continuous process improvement initiatives Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis Health, Environment, and Safety compliance Fuel your passion To be successful in this traineeship, you will: Have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university Have the legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)Have graduated within the last 12 months from your Bachelor's degree Be fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels Show an innovative approach to sales and marketing techniques Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced, customer-centric environment Have flexible working hours Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)Experience in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP is an advantage Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different.
