Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Collector to join our team in Qatar. This role involves collecting payments (cash and cheques) from clients as confirmed by the Collections Team, depositing them at the bank, and ensuring timely submission of deposit receipts. The ideal candidate will befamiliar with local areas, comfortable with outdoor work , and capable of meeting collection targets within tight deadlines. A valid Qatari driving license, fluency in English, andexperiencein a similar B2 B environment are required. We welcome applications from entry-level professionals with at least1–2 years of relevant experiencein field collections or customer-facing roles. Key Responsibilities Collect cash and cheque payments from clients as confirmed by the Collections Team Deposit all collected payments at the bank the next working day Share scanned copies of deposit slips and Averda receipt vouchers with the Collections Lead Keep the collection tracker updated with payment status daily Meet assigned collection targets within the given time Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines during field visits Report any risks or safety concerns promptly Maintain good communication with internal teams like Sales, Finance, and Customer Service Travel regularly within assigned areas to meet clients and collect payments Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all cash handling and documentation Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field Experience Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in collections, field operations, or similar roles within Qatar or GCC Region Skills & Experience Good communication skills in English A valid Qatari light vehicle driving license is mandatory Familiarity with local areas and routes within Qatar Proficient in MS application (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point) Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and time management skills Physical Demands: Walking/Standing, Outdoor Exposure, and Driving Knowledge Basic understanding of cash and cheque collection Geographical Familiarity (Routes within Qatar) Awareness of banking processes for deposits Risk Identification Safe payment handling and documentation Language Proficiency English (Fluent) Hindi/Urdu (Preferred) Arabic (Advantageous) If you think you have what it takes to make the world a cleaner place, if you can see value where others see waste and if you aren’t afraid of a challenge, why not start your journey with us today.
