SHES Division Manager (Safety Culture & Performance) JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to lead and support SHES initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. This includes fostering a positive safety culture, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with SHES standards. The role also involves providing expert safety, health, environment, and security (SHES) advice and guidance, along with effective communication to promote worker wellbeing and competency. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering. Minimum of 12 years of experience in SHES within the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role or overseeing service/vendor personnel. Recent (within the last five years) experience in HSE management on major projects during FEED and EPC phases. Technical and Business Skills: Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service companies. Experience working in large-scale operating organizations in operations, projects, or subsurface. Advanced knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Computer literacy with regular use of professional office applications and technical software.
