Sr. mechanical engineer (stat & piping)

Overview Provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Ensure the technical quality of work aligns with Qatar Energy procedures, considering quality, schedule, cost, and HSE. Experience 10 years of relevant postgraduate experience, with at least 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry, covering both Static and Piping disciplines. Expert-level competency is required in at least one discipline (static or piping).Ability to identify and apply relevant engineering standards, international codes, and company standards related to Mechanical Engineering.Proven ability to effectively manage time, cost, and quality in greenfield or brownfield major projects, including multiple project environments. Experience in concept development, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), EPIC, and providing technical support to site/plant operations.Good communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferred.
