Job Mission: Coordinate/supervise engineering design activities related to specific engineering systems or plant areas that are critical for the project (i.e. underground network, 3 D CAD model, complex package systems, modules, etc.), in accordance with contract requirements/project objectives in terms of time, cost and quality Support the Project Management for specific engineering systems or plant areas, promoting an active interaction within engineering team and with other project team key functions Job Tasks: Support the Technical Manager in engineering coordination of specific engineering systems / plant areas or bid activities Ensure definition of engineering systems / plant areas to find optimized / integrated / competitive solutions and shared approach to tender documents Support the Technical Manager providing engineering coordination and ensuring proper communications among various disciplines on specific engineering systems / plant areas in order to find optimized, integrated, competitive solutions and shared approach to contractual requirements Ensure carrying out of all engineering activities in defined engineering systems / plant areas that support procurement of materials and construction Manage changes in engineering limiting impact on construction feasibility Participate in contract management giving technical support on variation requests / change orders Support the Technical Manager in controlling material quantities and engineering man-hours during the course of the Project in order to anticipate potential misalignments and prepare dedicated recovery plans Participate into Project Risk management and engineering reviews Participate into constructability reviews, assuring that required action are implemented into engineering design How to Apply: If you are ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to the success of Saipem's projects, please submit your CV by clicking on the link below.
