Tender & bid specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Tender & Bid Specialist with a valid Qatar Driving License to manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and tender proposals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bidding processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver high-quality submissions that align with company goals and client requirements. Key Responsibilities : Identify, review, and assess new tender opportunities from public and private sectors. Prepare tender documentation, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, legal, finance, technical teams) to gather and compile necessary data and documentation. Monitor the tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids. Analyze tender requirements and provide risk assessments. Track bid outcomes and maintain a bid database for reporting and improvement. Contribute to pricing strategies and ensure proposals are competitive and profitable. Support post-tender clarifications and contract negotiations when required. Continuously improve tender templates, processes, and content libraries. Information Desired Skills & Experience Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bid / tender preparation, preferably in (industry : construction, engineering, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point); knowledge of tender portals and ERP systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure. Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is an advantage.
