Primary Purpose Of The Job Origination, marketing, and sales (or purchase) of petroleum products, representing the front face for QEM to global clients. Required Experience And Skills At least 10-12 years of professional work experience, including 8-10 years in petroleum commodity marketing, trading, sales management, customer relationship management, and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large-sized organization in the energy industry. Experience in marketing and trading of petroleum commodities, sales, and client-relationship management demonstrated in previous roles. Proven value-add contributions through marketing and trading in past assignments. Customer service and client-relationship focus experience. Experience in origination of new clients and markets. Knowledge of commercial risk and risk management. Experience with financial and business controls. Expertise in negotiating and implementing commercial agreements. Deep understanding of product qualities and value differences. Innovative skills to find solutions that meet clients’ commercial demands and extract additional value. Comprehensive knowledge of the international Oil and Gas industry. Understanding of the product value chain and areas in commercial agreements for value extraction and protection. Familiarity with sales and marketing planning principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to finalize deals and sales agreements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and SAP applications. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of and adherence to the Code of Conduct. High personal integrity standards. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or Engineering with relevant marketing and sales experience. Position cannot be filled after QEM induction without relevant experience.
