This executive role reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in shaping the company's commercial trajectory.Role Overview Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth across various verticals.Identify and capitalize on high-level sales opportunities beyond departmental scopes.Forge and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and business expansion.Collaborate with department heads to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.Provide insightful reports and updates directly to the CEO, influencing key business decisions.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute business development plans that align with the company's vision and market dynamics.Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate and grow these markets.Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster business growth.Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement improvements to achieve business targets.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts towards business objectives.Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business development or related roles, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Skills: Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills.Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and market trends in Qatar and the GCC region.Languages: Fluency in English is required. Advanced Arabic proficiency is preferred and considered an advantage.Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Qatar/GCC will be given preference.
