This is a key leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.Your job responsibilities include: Managing the daily operations of La Mar Beach Club, including beach services, F&B coordination, reservations, and guest engagement. Leading, training, and motivating a diverse team to deliver five-star service experiences. Collaborating with culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Handling guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with tact and urgency.
