Cardiology nurse

Overview The Cardiology Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards. He/She is a registered professional clinical nurse (RN) responsible for providing and coordinating evidence-based, clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Cardiology nurse adheres to the QCHP/AMNM Scope of Practice and Standards of Professional Nursing, as well as the Code of Ethics. As a member of the clinical care team, the Cardiology nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care, achieve optimal outcomes, and improve unit operations. The Cardiology nurse exemplifies the qualities of an AMNM nurse.Skills required: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, management, staff, and other stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to exercise judgment, independent thinking, and creativity in resolving issues. Proficiency in computer use and software applications; experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (4 years) OR Diploma in Nursing (3 years after high school graduation) OR Associate Degree in Nursing, with licensure as a Registered General Nurse in the country of origin or graduation. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
