Global client support specialist

Our office in Qatar is hiring a full time Global Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team (2 Positions)Reporting to: Group Tendering Manager Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support for prequalification applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation across all global client engagements.Maintain up-to-date records for all clients globally, including monitoring renewal timelines and ensuring timely submissions.Assist in the submission of tender applications, conducting initial reviews of resource breakdowns, and providing support for technical submissions.Produce document packs in adherence to company standards for submission to clients, ensuring quality and completeness.Prepare reports on Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Invitation to Tender (ITT) contents and scoring against internal matrices.Generate weekly and monthly reports on output and region Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with team members across different time zones, potentially requiring occasional weekend or late work based on workload and supported time zones.Requirements Relevant knowledge and experience in the service industry, preferably within Oil & Gas / Energy sectors, or relevant experience in subcontracts or procurement at a larger EPC.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Based in Qatar or willingness to relocate to Qatar.What You’ll Do Drive prequalification and tender submissions for major global projects.Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely renewals.Prepare high-quality document packs and RFQ/ITT reports.Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance insights.Collaborate across time zones (flexibility required).What We’re Looking For Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy sectors or EPC procurement/subcontracts.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Based in Qatar or open to relocation.Why Join Us?
