Accounts Finance Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Officer to manage the company's financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, proficiency in Quick Books, and hands-on experience in VAT return and refund processes. This role requires a professional with a solid grasp of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial MIS reporting. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Quick Books Manage accounts payable and receivable Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables Handle expense reports and staff reimbursements Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations (bank, intercompany, etc.) Tax & Compliance Prepare and submit VAT returns and coordinate VAT refund processes Assist with audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis Support the preparation of financial forecasts and cash flow management Banking & Finance Operations Manage online banking portals for payments, transfers, and reconciliations Handle banking documentation, KYC updates, and relationship management with financial institutions Coordinate with auditors, external consultants, and tax advisors as needed.
