Job Objective The HR Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for seamlessly integrating employee data, organizational structures, and HR processes across Project Management Software (PMS), Oracle HRMS, and IFS ERP systems. This role ensures alignment between HR objectives and operational goals by maintaining data accuracy, enabling efficient reporting, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must hold IFS Certification(e.g., IFS Applications) and CHM Certification(Certified Human Resources Manager) to be considered.Mandatory Requirements Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Mandatory Certifications: IFS Certification (e.g., IFS Applications). CHM Certification (Certified Human Resources Manager) or equivalent.Professional Experience Minimum 5 years in HR systems integration, with hands-on experience in IFS ERP and Oracle HRMS implementations. Proven track record in managing data migration, system testing, and cross-functional HR projects.Application Requirements IFS Certification and CHM Certification are non-negotiable.
