Job Description As a skilled senior creative multimedia specialist, your responsibilities will involve creating and designing visual content for various digital platforms, with a particular focus on project and event materials such as brochures, logos, outdoor signage, and social media content. You will conceptualize and execute designs that support brand concepts, develop fresh ideas, and stay updated on industry trends. Strong analytical skills are essential to quickly grasp emerging trends and capitalize on them. Your creativity and self-motivation are key, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment. Videography will also be a significant part of your role, capturing and editing high-quality videos to enhance visual storytelling. Requirements Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of visual materials including brochures, emailers, newsletters, logos, social media posts, large signage, and digital screens (e.g., Burj Khalifa). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, etc.). Experience in photography, videography, and editing. Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, branding, print, and digital content. Motion design and animation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to develop innovative design concepts. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Conduct quality checks and proofread design assets. Work independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals. Experience Minimum of 7 years of creative experience in the UAE. Proven graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency. Experience in photography, videography, and motion design.
