You will collaborate with 26 product teams at TR to produce, review, and enhance technical content.Key Responsibilities: Explain API concepts clearly.Write and review API documentation.Develop content tailored for external audiences.Create documentation using AEM and Adobe CMS.Build SEO and marketing content.Conduct A/B testing and marketing campaigns.Manage content changes via Git Hub.Write in Markdown format.Incorporate AI-related content and lead AI project framing.Contribute to the tone and voice of our conversational UI (Chatbot).Requirements: Proficiency in HTML and JSON.Experience with AI content drafting tools.Background in tech, preferably from Amazon or financial institutions (preferred).Portfolio submission (preferred).Skills: Technical writing expertise.SEO and marketing skills.A/B testing experience.Knowledge of HTML and JSON.Experience with AI content creation.Familiarity with AEM and Adobe CMS (preferred).We are committed to equal opportunity employment and welcome all qualified applicants.The pay rate is $30-$35/hr CAD.
