️ Must Be Available in Qatar to Join Immediately ️️ Must have minimum 5 years experience in L&D in a corporate company ️___________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs.Develop and manage competency frameworks, learning paths, and career development plans.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective learning systems and solutions.Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.Drive employee engagement by designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategic actions.Oversee rewards and recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation.Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions aligned with the organizational structure. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR Development.Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.Experience in designing performance and engagement frameworks.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), training, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
