Exciting opportunity with our banking client in Qatar. We are looking for Innovative and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our Enterprise Channels team with a focus on AI-driven applications in the bank’s Application Delivery department. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions for customer-facing channels such as mobile banking, chatbots, voice assistants, and personalized recommendation engines. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development to enhance customer experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities• AI Application Development & Integration: -Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications for enterprise channels, including chatbots (NLP), fraud detection systems, sentiment analysis tools, and personalized financial insights.-Integrate AI solutions with existing channels (e.g., mobile apps, online banking platforms) using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.-Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models into production systems.• Technical Support & Optimization: -Provide Level 2/3 support for AI-driven applications, troubleshooting issues related to model performance, data pipelines, and integration errors.-Monitor AI systems for accuracy, latency, and bias, refining models and algorithms to improve outcomes.-Optimize AI workflows for scalability and efficiency using tools like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Azure ML.• Collaboration & Agile Delivery: -Work with cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, data engineering) to translate business requirements into AI-powered features.-Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver projects on time, including sprint planning, testing, and deployment.-Document technical designs, model architectures, and deployment pipelines for internal and regulatory review.• Compliance & Ethical AI Governance: -Ensure AI applications comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI principles (e.g., fairness, transparency).-Implement guardrails to mitigate risks of bias, data privacy breaches, and model drift.-Support audits and risk assessments for AI systems in alignment with banking regulations.• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: -Research emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, reinforcement learning) and propose use cases for banking channels.-Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., customer service routing, document processing) using AI/ML techniques.-Stay updated on advancements in AI frameworks, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Google AI Platform).Requirements Qualifications: •Education: -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google ML Engineer) are a plus.• Experience: -3-5 years of experience in AI/ML application development, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.-Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer channels (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics).-Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R, and frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or scikit-learn.-Familiarity with NLP tools (e.g., spa Cy, Hugging Face) and cloud AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, IBM Watson).• Technical Skills: -Expertise in building and deploying ML models in production environments.-Knowledge of RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.-Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and database systems (SQL, No SQL).-Understanding of MLOps practices for model monitoring, versioning, and retraining.• Soft Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.-Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.-Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams Key Competencies-AI/ML Application Development & Deployment-Enterprise Channel Integration (Mobile, Web, Chat)-Ethical AI & Regulatory Compliance-Collaboration & Agile Delivery-Innovation & Technical Troubleshooting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
