Qualifications Luxury Experience: Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating sophisticated service delivery. Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, and understanding of service protocols. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred. Personal Qualities: Passionate, authentic individual with a commitment to creating memorable experiences and embracing diversity.
