We are seeking a Commissioning Lead (Telecom & Cybersecurity)to work with our client based in QATAR . Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering 8 years of relevant experience with certifications such as CCNA, IEC 62443, including 1 year in a supervisory role Experience with commissioning Telecom equipment packages like RADIO (UHF/VHF, VHF MARINE), RACON, ACS, PAGA, Data LAN & WAN, Meteorological, CCTV, Telephone, including fabrication yard and offshore/onshore interface work Familiarity with FO cable testing using OTDR and power meters Hands-on experience with ICS networks and cybersecurity, familiarity with IEC 62443 advantageous Experience with network firewalls, L2/L3 network implementation and troubleshooting Experience implementing Endpoint security and system backups Experience liaising with multiple contractors during preparation and execution phases, including SIMOPS Experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple locations Familiarity with system completion databases Deep knowledge of stakeholder specifications, international standards, and industry standards Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service providers Proficiency in reading P&IDs, datasheets, drawings, and procedures Knowledge of project execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion Understanding of contract requirements, codes, standards, and technical specifications Experience with vendors in the LNG industry, including compressors, power/control systems, topsides Experience working in large operational organizations in various departments Support experience in start-up operations Responsibilities Manage telecom packages and ICSS cyber activities to meet commissioning schedules, ensuring safety and efficiency, including SIMOPS Monitor vendor activities during SAT, punchlist clearance, OTP Oversee contractor telecom and cybersecurity commissioning, ensuring adherence to methodology and proper database use Maintain cybersecurity practices per company standards and IEC 62443 during commissioning Monitor cybersecurity implementation for ICSS systems and third-party packages Oversee network firewalls and troubleshooting Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for telecom commissioning Review and approve commissioning deliverables from EPC contractors Guide and review contractor commissioning plans and processes for compliance and fitness Maintain lessons learned register for telecom and cybersecurity commissioning Interested candidates may apply via our website or send their updated resume tonorniqmah.abkarim@airswift.com .#J-18808-Ljbffr
