Strategy and PMO Manager
Description
Purpose : Strategic Planning in alignment with Corporate Business plans to meet the vision and mission of the organization both short and long term. Main Responsibilities & Tasks Review, update and continually develop the strategy, policies and procedures that reflect the mission and vision of the organization Identify and analyze the strategic drivers for the organization Undertake analysis of the organization's external business environment, including competitor analysis to establish long-term trends that could impact on the organization Undertake analysis to identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats Prepare the organization strategic plan, and support Business and Support Units to develop individual business plans for their areas Oversee and provide performance reports on projects aligned to the organization's strategic plan Produce monthly performance reports for the Executive Management in line with Business and Project’s Balance scorecards Carry out any other assigned tasks and duties assigned by Executive Management Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills Bachelors’ degree in related field Minimum 12 years of relevant experience PMP – Mandatory COBIT – Preferred Business / Strategy Related Certificates – Preferred Computer Literacy, Proficiency in MS package, Interpersonal Skills, Excellent English Communication Skills, Arabic would be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
