Our hotels feature stylish guestrooms and suites equipped with modern amenities and high-speed internet access. Your day-to-day: Maintain detailed knowledge of all hotel facilities and services. Coordinate with the Front Office Manager, Guest Relation Manager, Duty Manager, and other departments to welcome VIP guests arriving at the airport and arrange transportation. Be present during scheduled flight landings to assist guests with baggage clearance and transportation directions. Assist departing guests with pre-check-in, ticketing, and baggage clearance. Support passengers affected by layovers. Promote and sell the hotel to arriving guests without accommodation (walk-in guests). What we need from you: Previous experience in a front office role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest service. Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera system. Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. A professional, courteous, and friendly attitude.
