Job Description As an Adventure Park Specialist, you are in constant contact with guests and participants on a daily basis. Your role includes introducing and instructing clients on the use of safety equipment, supporting rescues, and ensuring guests enjoy outdoor adventure park sports and activities such as climbing walls, rope courses, and zip lines. Responsibilities include working outdoors, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, and performing daily maintenance tasks. Safe fitting of harnesses Conducting safety briefings and instructions Constant supervision of clients on the courses Checking safety devices are properly attached Guiding clients to use courses as instructed Providing brief assistance when needed Client retrievals from courses using ladders and climbing equipment Park maintenance: painting safety cables, tightening platforms, pruning, landscaping, and basic gear maintenance Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Adventure Park Specialist Experience with rope courses or zip lines, not afraid of heights Passionate about adventure park activities Enjoys interacting with people Basic experience in rock climbing or ropes (preferred but not essential) High School Diploma or equivalent Current internationally recognized First Aid/CPR Certification#J-18808-Ljbffr
