Contribute to market research by gathering insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal communication policies. Monitor campaign performance and help improve engagement, content reach, and conversion rates. Support customer journey improvements across medical insurance operations. Follow established procedures for consistent, organized marketing and communication activities. Work under the guidance of senior marketing staff, with defined decision-making boundaries and financial authority. Requirement: Min 2+year experience in similar profession.
