Driveemployee engagementby designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategic actions. Overseerewards and recognitioninitiatives to foster a culture of appreciation. Maintain up-to-datejob descriptionsfor all positions aligned with the organizational structure. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR Development. Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills. Experience in designing performance and engagement frameworks. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), training, or a related field.
