The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Java ,Flutter , and Microservices Architecturewhile having extensive experience in managing HRMS systems. This role will involve overseeing the architecture, design, development, and implementation of HRMS solutions that cater to our organization's evolving HR needs. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in HRMS system development and management. Strong expertise in Java ,Flutter , and Microservices Architecture . Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Proven track record of managing and delivering HRMS projects. Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Oracle). In-depth understanding of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, etc. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams. Experience in integrating HRMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., finance, CRM, ERP). Familiarity with CI/CDpipelines, version control tools like Git , and automated testing frameworks.
