Assist with the governance of the organization design and job evaluation process as well as to monitor the size and shape of the organization against the minimum standards. About The Role We are looking for someone who will be accountable for assisting the review and analysis of organization design, job analysis and evaluations ensuring alignment of the organization design with the business strategy, industry regulations, organization design principles and the Qatar Airways operating model. Assist with the governance of the organization design and job evaluation process as well as to monitor the size and shape of the organization against the minimum standards.Key Accountabilities Support the implementation of the Qatar Airways Organizational Design philosophy, frameworks, strategy policies and process to enable fit for purpose structures and organization efficiency. Participate in the development and maintenance of Qatar Airways organizational structures by assisting with the analysis between current and new organization designs as well as monitor and report on the size, scale and shape of various organization structures and against the Qatar Airways Operating model. Contribute to the development and participate in executing reports and analytics on organization design, job analysis and evaluations and interpret and communicate findings to management teams. Participate in discussions with business stakeholders regarding organization design and evaluation requirements to ensure valid and accurate information. Assist with setting the framework and monitors the progress of all Job Evaluation and organizational design projects, starting from initial planning and design through to implementation to ensure achievement of established objectives and goals. Maintain job families across the QR Group. Ensures that internal equity is maintained across QR Group-wide job evaluations through sound and consistent application of the Job Evaluation (JE) framework, standards, processes and tools for all job evaluation submissions. Maintains the job matrix/catalogue of all jobs in the organization.
