Job Description OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB: A Travel & Tourism Agent helps customers plan their travel and holidays. Key Responsibilities Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds. Meet with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings. Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Attend travel seminars and conferences. Conduct research on destinations and industry trends. Skills & Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. At least 2-3 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry. Preferably with GCC exposure. Strong sales and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of IATA & Amadeus systems. Strong problem-solving skills.
