Job Title: Zoho Manage Engine Implementation and Support Engineer Location: Qatar Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT / Infrastructure / Technical Support Reports To: IT Manager / Project Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Implementation and Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Zoho Manage Engine products. The role involves planning, deploying, configuring, and providing ongoing support for Manage Engine solutions to meet business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implementation: Analyze customer requirements and design Manage Engine product implementations accordingly. Deploy, configure, and optimize Manage Engine solutions such as: Service Desk Plus (ITSM) Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central) Op Manager (Network Monitoring) ADManager Plus / ADAudit Plus Patch Manager Plus Asset Explorer Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation rules. Integrate Manage Engine tools with third-party applications (e.g., AD, email servers, monitoring tools). Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for issues related to Manage Engine deployments. Monitor and maintain system health, backups, and upgrades. Troubleshoot incidents and problems, ensuring SLAs are met. Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues. Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal teams. Document configurations, procedures, and user guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT support/implementation, with direct experience on Manage Engine products. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking. Scripting knowledge (e.g., Power Shell, Python) is a plus.
