The Royal Grammar School Guildford Qatar We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator/ Parent Liaison to join one of the most prestigious British International schools in the Middle East. The RGS Guildford Qatar has developed a strong partnership with RGS Guildford in the UK a prestigious UK independent school with a tradition and rich history for providing outstanding education. We also have strong links with our international sister schools throughout the world. The RGS Guildford, Qatar is an all-through British school offering a co-educational British curriculum for children aged 3 to 18. The School opened in September 2016, and now welcomes over 785 students to its campus which is just 20 minutes from the Pearl and the new Lusail city. Students follow the English Early Years Foundation Stage, the National Curriculum at Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and at Key Stage 4 a comprehensive range of IGCSE courses. At Post-16 the school offers a range of AS levels. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience and assisting families as they make their decisions about our school. Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Front Desk Coordinator: - Experience and knowledge of the admissions process in a private school. - A strong commitment to customer service, utilizing expert knowledge of the school to support enrolments effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with the systems and processes of ISAMS and the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOE&HE). - Proficiency in statistical analysis and database management. - High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians. - Act as a point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. - Help parents in the translation whenever it s needed. - Help in school translation documents and in the operation whenever it s needed - Mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise between parents, students, and school staff. - Provide guidance and support to parents in addressing challenges related to their child's education - Assist in pastoral meetings where translation is required - Refer parents to correct contact regarding their concerns In addition, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following characteristics: - Fluency in English and Arabic language - A professional demeanor and appearance. - A friendly and warm personality. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks. - Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude. - IT skills, including advanced Excel, and proficient use of Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
