Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Managerto lead and manage IT application services for QIC Group client requirements . The ideal candidate will oversee theentire application lifecycle , ensuring seamless operations, effective team leadership, vendor management, and compliance with security and performance standards. This role demands a strongtechno-functionalbackground, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage and oversee QIC Group client requirements , ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for QIC Group clients, addressing concerns and providing strategic IT solutions. Application Lifecycle Management: Oversee the completelifecycle of IT applications , from planning and development to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Ensure applications align with business goals and industry best practices. Team Management: Lead and manage a team ofaccount managers, business analysts, and support staff . Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team productivity and professional growth. Requirement Analysis & Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders togather, analyze, and prioritizeapplication requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and development roadmaps. Collaborate with Anoud Tech’s product teams and external software vendors . Manage vendor relationships to ensure application performance, timely updates, and seamless integration. Budget & Financial Management: Plan and manage thebudgetfor application development, maintenance, and upgrades. Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement and overseequality assuranceprocesses to meet application performance and security standards. Identify andmitigate risksassociated with application development, maintenance, and deployment. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor applicationperformance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizationsas required. Ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency of IT applications. Security & Compliance: Ensure applications comply withindustry security standards and best practices . Work with security teams tomitigate vulnerabilities and protect data integrity . Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field . Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management . Experience managingenterprise IT applicationsand large-scale IT projects. Expertise invendor and stakeholder management . Knowledge ofinsurance domain(Life, Medical, and General Insurance) is highly preferred. Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL frameworks, and application monitoring tools . Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Anoud Tech’s products and insurance applications . Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)and ITIL Framework . Familiarity withcloud-based applications and Dev Ops methodologies .
