Healthcare Services Manager - Qatar

We are actively seeking interest in a Healthcare Services Managerposition. Potential candidates should have experience as a Healthcare Program Manager ,Healthcare Services Manager ,Senior Manager , or Directorin the field of Medical Services. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience incommissioning healthcare servicesas part of anational strategy , especially incancer care. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and presentbusiness casesrelated tocancer care , which is a key requirement for this role. To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field ORBachelor’s Degree in a non-healthcare field plus a master’s degree in a healthcare-related field. Work Experience: Minimum8 yearsin healthcare administration, including at least3 yearsmanaging Clinical Care Services programs ORfor non-healthcare bachelor’s degree holders, at least10 yearsin healthcare administration, including at least5 yearsmanaging Clinical Care Services programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the planning, development, and implementation of healthcare service programs, particularly incancer care . Contribute to the commissioning of healthcare services aligned with national healthcare strategies. Develop, analyze, and present business cases and service improvement proposals focused oncancer care . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of clinical service delivery and performance. Monitor key performance indicators and implement quality improvement initiatives across clinical care services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. Provide strategic input to senior leadership on service development and resource allocation.
