Senior Research Adminstrator

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Research Administrator for Vice President Office in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our research department, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating collaboration among research teams. Your expertise will drive the success of our research initiatives and contribute to our organization's growth. Coordinate and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and implement research policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Facilitate communication and collaboration among research teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare and submit research proposals, reports, and documentation to relevant authorities and funding bodies. Monitor and evaluate the progress of research projects, providing guidance and support to researchers as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all research activities. Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and seminars to promote research activities and disseminate findings. Qualification Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Research Administration, or a related discipline. Candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in the same field. Proven experience in research administration, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of research methodologies and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
