Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leatherworker Crafting Expert, located in Doha, Qatar. The Leatherworker Crafting Expert will be responsible for preparing and crafting high-quality leather products, ensuring a high level of accuracy. The candidate will also be involved in training and upskilling team members in leatherworking techniques. Day-to-day tasks include leather preparation, crafting, quality checks, and maintaining industry standards. The Leatherworker Crafting Expert will be responsible for preparing and crafting high-quality leather products, ensuring a high level of accuracy. The candidate will also be involved in training and upskilling team members in leatherworking techniques. Day-to-day tasks include leather preparation, crafting, quality checks, and maintaining industry standards. Key Responsibilities : Perform cutting, stitching, shaping, molding, and finishing of leather products. Work with different types of leather (synthetic, genuine, PU, etc.). Create or repair leather furniture, panels, accessories, or custom items as per design. Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and consistency. Collaborate with the factory supervisor and designers for production targets. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Requirements : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leather work or upholstery. Proven portfolio or samples of previous work. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
